Return & Refund Policy

At Misa Holding LLC – Truckers Gift Shop, every piece we create is made with care, creativity, and a special purpose. Our trucking-inspired products are designed to celebrate the hardworking men and women who keep America moving.

Every Piece Is Special 🚛

We put time, thought, and care into creating unique products just for you. We hope every order brings a smile to your face.

If your purchase isn't quite what you expected or doesn't suit your taste, we would sincerely appreciate it if you considered gifting it to a friend, family member, or fellow trucker who might enjoy it. Sometimes, a gift that isn't the perfect fit for you can become something special for someone else.

Return Window – Maximum 10 Days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions and help make the process as smooth as possible. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds & Store Credit

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. For eligible returns, we offer the following options:

• Refund: Receive a refund for your eligible purchase using the original payment method.
• Store credit: Choose store credit to use toward a future purchase from Truckers Gift Shop.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate solution based on your preference and the circumstances of the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem fairly.

Your legal rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected by this policy.
